Both phone numbers do not work, emails were never replied to. Paid for a premium arrangement and got what looked more like a standard. Not worth the money spent.

Unbelievably disappointing. Forgot the chocolate I paid for, flowers dead. Cost $120 for this garbage.

Do not order flowers from this shop. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day early and they came without a mothers days card. There were no email confirmation that the order was delivered and the flowers were old and dying. The flowers did not look like original picture on the website. The order was $79.95 plus delivery and tax equals to $99.15. But the flowers look they came from Walmart next to the checkout rack. What a waste of my money and time. Now I have to find another shop to get better flowers for my mother. I hope you are reading this and not placing any order to this flower shop.

The older lady here was extremely rude this was extremely rude. She gave me an arrangement of roses on Valentine's Day with a lot of Damaged pedals And dusty and powder mildew filled greenery. When I went back to ask if I could spray a little water on it she kept insisting to give me a refund. I didn't want a refund.. Horrible customer service!

Very dissatisfied with my purchase. I paid $150 for a sympathy arrangement. The flower cross had very little flowers and hardly any red roses. It looked like a joke. Nothing alike the picture Victoria showed me, she said it would look identical to the catalog picture and it didn't, not one bit when I went to pick it up the next day. I do not recommend.
